Bogineni Chenchu Rama Naidu
Bogineni Chenchu Rama Naidu is the eldest son of Sri Bogineni Venkapa Naidu and Smt. Sarojanamma with rural farmer’s background from Ulavapadu village, Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. His mother is illiterate and father did not complete high school in order to help in the fields. His sister is an MBBS doctor from Sri Venkateswara Medical College. His two brothers are engineers, who settled in the United States. Naidu secured 200/200 marks in Intermediate mathematics and he is the recipient of the prestigious AP State Special Merit Scholarship in all 5 years of B.Tech. Naidu earned B.Tech in 1980 in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering, Tirupati and M.Tech in 1982 from IIT-Kanpur. Worked for DRDO as Scientist and Group Officer during 1982-88. Studied for PhD in Computer Engineering at State University of New York at Buffalo during 1989-95. Got a US Patent on VLSI design of CMOS Synapse for Artificial Neural Networks as part of the PhD. Naidu worked for Network Programs Inc., Bellcore, Hewlett-Packard, Lucent Technologies, Citibank, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Rutgers University, Flarion Technologies, AT&T, Verizon Communications, Time Warner Cable, Computer Sciences Corporation, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics and L-3 Communications. Naidu is specialized in real time Software Systems, VLSI design, VLSI Testing, Algorithms for VLSI, Wireless and Wireline Systems design, Software architecture and development. Naidu founded Bogineni Corporation in 1997 which provides integrated computer solutions to the hitech industry. Naidu is elected as the President of SVUCE Alumni Association in May 2010. Naidu is married with Kalyani and blessed with a son, Anup.
